In this litter we did what the “showing world” often refers to as a “split litter”. In “split litters” there is more than one sire and the puppies are genetically tested to determine parentage. This gives breeders an opportunity to explore the offspring without waiting for multiple litters. Despite our efforts to know the Bernese/Bernedoodle breed better, we only ended up with this one little guy in the “split”. Waffles is our very first EVER f1b Bernedoodle. Although this boy is as sweet as the day is long, we will be looking for a family that is willing to give us some good feedback on this blend. More Bernedoodle puppies possible in the near-ish future.

This sweet boy has spent the last month in our “Advanced Puppy Training” course and has totally ROCKED it!!! He is one SMART boy!!
He knows several commands already, such as: sit, here, stay, touch, and down. He’s doing great with potty training, crate training, and leash work. We bathe and groom our puppies regularly and also take them with us all over the place. He’s done terrific with everything we’ve exposed him to. He would make a great therapy dog, service dog, family dog, or someone’s very best friend.
We expect him to be about 30# once fully grown, but for now he is just a sweet CHONKY puppy! He has the cutest little freckled legs and toes with soft and plentiful curls. His personality is relaxed, but playful, and little silly. He loves to be near us and is the perfect Velcro puppy. We just can’t say enough good things about this boy. He won’t disappoint!
